The Metro notes: Manchester United are set for talks with Juventus over a deal to sign Paul Pogba, according to reports. United have been strongly linked with a summer deal for Pogba, with the Frenchman looking likely to leave Juve. Arsenal and Chelsea are also keen on a deal, but reports say United have requested a meeting ahead of a possible summer transfer. It’s believed the Red Devils are ready to bid £54million plus Robin van Persie to do business, although a £70million cash deal has not been ruled out....

It took four games and a great fight-back in the last two quarters from Vancouver Lions to record their maiden win in the inaugural Wave World Kabaddi League while Yo Yo Tigers overcame California Eagles on Sunday. Vancouver Lions beat United Singhs 57-53, in one of the closest matches of the league, to pick their first points and move up one place from the bottom of the table. The Riverside Police Department said the force were searching for a suspect after the flags, hanging from a freeway in the city, were vandalized. Photos shared on Facebook showed the flags hanging over the freeway had been deliberately cut or torn, leaving huge holes in the fabric. Further images showed police removing the damaged flags from the fence, leaving them empty of any display. In a post shared on Tuesday, the police department said: “Recently after the deaths of our 13 United States service members killed in Afghanistan, 13 American flags and one Marine Corp flag were placed on the fence to the Ivy Street overpass to the 91 Freeway in Riverside as a memorial....
