Vampire Survivors: How to Unlock Bone Zone
Players that are interested in experiencing the Bone Zone should put their efforts toward unlocking Hyper Mode for three normal stages. For the uninitiated, Hyper Mode applies numerous modifiers to its associated level, increasing move speed, the number of enemies, and more, and the way that it is earned varies from one stage to the next. Here are specifics on precisely how Hyper Mode is unlocked for each of Vampire Survivors’ stages, and any three will do for the purposes of accessing the Bone Zone:

Mad Forest: Defeat the Giant Blue Venus that appears at 25 minutes. Inlaid Library: Defeat the Nesuferit that appears at 25 minutes. Dairy Plant: Defeat the Sword Guardian that appears at 25 minutes. Gallo Tower: Defeat the Giant Enemy Crab that appears at 25 minutes.
As players are sure to notice, the key to unlocking Hyper Mode is surviving to the 25-minute mark. While this can certainly be done with every character on the roster, fans that are trying to reach the Bone Zone as quickly as possible may want to take one of Vampire Survivors’ best characters into these normal stages. These players may also want to do a bit of research on the game’s best weapons and passive items to get an even bigger advantage in their runs.
Vampire Survivors: Bone Zone Effects
For those Vampire Survivors players that want to know more about the Bone Zone, part of its difficulty comes from the fact that enemy multipliers grow over the course of a run. More specifically, the move speed and health multipliers that are applied to foes increase every minute, by 0.05 and 0.03 respectively. Furthermore, fans will not receive anything but coins from light fixtures in this stage, which means that they will not have any supplements to help them bring down the more-powerful adversaries.
That said, players do get increased move speed in the Bone Zone, allowing them to more easily evade their pursuers. There is also additional gold awarded in this challenge stage, and while some fans will have already purchased all of the characters and PowerUps in Vampire Survivors before stepping into the level, this is a nice bonus for those that have not.
Vampire Survivors is in early access on PC.
