Some builds will give a little leeway when selecting weapons and accessories. For maximum effectiveness, this build must be followed exactly, and the only deviation is the character and the three secondary weapons. In fact, this build works so well that it’s even earned itself a name: The Radiant Ring of Reaping.
Characters
It is important to obtain the primary weapons for this build to work; however, it’s also important to increase the duration and speed of the primary weapons. Reducing cooldown times and increasing move speed are equally crucial to this build. With that in mind, the best choices for this build are Pugnala, Dommario, Christine, and Poppea.
If Christine is selected, players should replace the Spellbinder with the Crown - the evolved Pentagram is much better than the evolved King Bible. If Poppea is chosen instead, players should remember not to get the Skull O’Maniac when leveling up.
Primary Weapon 1 - Santa Water
When the Santa Water was given its evolved form, La Borra, it became the best weapon in the game - providing a few key accessories are in the character’s inventory, that is. The La Borra creates zones around the character on the ground that cause significant damage to enemies. These zones slowly move toward the character.
The speed of these zones is increased with the Bracer and Wings accessories. With these two accessories, the zones move fast enough that they converge and overlap around the character. This forms a glowing circle that acts as a zone of concentrated damage. Even the strongest bosses in the game fall quickly when they enter this circle.
Primary Weapon 2 - Phieraggi
The Phieraggi is the evolved form of the two newest weapons in Vampire Survivors. The Phiera Der Tuphello and Sparrow the Eight weapons are firearms that fire diagonally. They aren’t the best weapons in the game - until the player gets the Tiragisu and combines the two into the Phieraggi.

This is because the Phieraggi radiates rotating rays that reach the edge of the screen. The goal of this build is to make these rays fire continuously and spin as fast as possible. Few enemies can survive more than a couple of seconds when this weapon is used in this manner. Players will want to focus on getting the Phiera Der Tuphello and Sparrow the Eight to level eight as soon as possible. Once evolved, these two weapons merge and make a weapon slot available.
Primary Weapon 3 - King Bible
The King Bible remains one of the best weapons in Vampire Survivors. It does a lot of damage, while also creating a protective barrier around the player. When evolved into the Unholy Vespers, the weapon operates continuously; although, with this build, it doesn’t take long for the King Bible’s duration to exceed its cooldown time.
In this build, the King Bible’s main purpose is to protect the character until the other two primary weapons can be improved and evolved. At around the sixteen-minute mark, this weapon will begin taking a back seat to the Phieraggi and La Borra - those two weapons will kill most of the enemies before they ever reach the King Bible’s rotating books.
Accessories Set 1 - Attractorb And Tiragisu
The Attractorb and Tiragisu accessories are absolutely necessary for this build to work. These accessories are required to evolve the Santa Water, as well as the Phiera Der Tuphello and Sparrow the Eight. If both of these weapons are not evolved, it is unlikely that players will be able to make it all the way to minute thirty.
The Attractorb makes the character more efficient at collecting pick-up items, as well as the experience gems that enemies drop. This, in turn, helps the character level-up faster. The Tiragisu gives the player up to two Revives; which is something that might be needed in Green Acres.
Accessories Set 2 - Wings And Bracer
Both the Wings and the Bracer are required to boost the movement speed of the damaging zones created by the La Borra. Normally, these zones crawl along the floor slowly. With the Wings and Bracer though, they move fast enough to converge on the player. Without these accessories, this build doesn’t work nearly as well as designed.
Even though the Bracer is required, the player should avoid selecting the Knife weapon. Yes, the Bracer evolves the Knife into the Thousand Edge. The problem is that the Knife and Thousand Edge are possibly the worst weapons in the game. They are good when trying for a high kill count on the Il Molise stage, but should otherwise be avoided.
Accessories Set 3 - Spellbinder And Empty Tome
The Spellbinder and Empty Tome are among the best accessories in Vampire Survivors. The Spellbinder increases weapon duration, and the Empty Tome decreases cooldown times. Although these accessories will boost the efficiency of the La Borra and King Bible, their main purpose in this build is to make the Phieraggi continuous.

The damaging rays sent out by the Phieraggi blink as the weapon fires. With these two accessories, the rays don’t blink but remain constant while they rotate around the screen. With this constant rate of fire, the Phieraggi is easily in the top three weapons in Vampire Survivors.
Secondary Weapons 1
With the Phieraggi, Unholy Vespers, and La Borra being boosted by the above accessories, the player really doesn’t need any other weapons. Nevertheless, the player will be forced to fill the three open weapon slots while leveling up. The Magic Wand is a great fit for this build as it will target any enemies that get beyond the barrier created by the King Bible and La Borra; though, only bosses will be able to get this close once this build is fully up-and-running.
This build also uses the Empty Tome accessory; which is needed to evolve the Magic Wand into the Holy Wand. The constant rate of fire of the Holy Wand also fits in well with the continuous fire-rate theme that helps make the build so effective.
Secondary Weapons 2
The middle minutes of Green Acres can be difficult using this build if the primary weapons are not being given as options when leveling up. The Laurel is an excellent defensive weapon that will help the player navigate through a screen full of enemies without taking damage. The flip side of that coin is that once the primary weapons are evolved and functioning as intended the Laurel really isn’t needed - and is wasting a valuable weapon slot.
The Garlic actually works surprisingly well with this build as, together, the Garlic and King Bible weapons are great at pushing the enemy back. When evolved and working in tandem, they prevent nearly every enemy type from getting close to the character.
Final Thoughts
The Red Death character moves fast enough that the Wing accessory isn’t needed. This opens up an accessory slot to evolve an extra weapon, like the Garlic. The safest choice for a sixth weapon is one that doesn’t evolve. The best weapons that fit this criterion are the Runetracer, Bone, and Cherry Bomb.
Some of the accessories in this build can be replaced too if the chosen character’s bonus replicates them. A good example of this is Christine, who gives a +25% to move speed and a -25% to cooldown times. Granted, the Wing and Empty Tome provide a better bonus than Christine in these categories, but her bonus is high enough that the player can try different accessories if they so wish, and the Power-ups also give a small bonus to compensate.
