Lomachenko (11-1, 9 KOs) made his debut at 135 pounds back in May against Jorge Linares. After getting knocked down in the sixth round, Lomachenko bounced back to win by 10th-round TKO to capture the WBA belt. The victory made Lomachenko the quickest fighter to win three world titles in three different weight class. It appeared “Hi-Tech” would fight in August, but he suffered a torn labrum in his right shoulder during the Linares fight and had to undergo surgery.

Pedraza (25-1, 12 KOs) shocked the boxing world when he upset Ray Beltran by unanimous decision in the latter boxer’s own backyard in Glendale, Arizona to win the WBO strap.

Will Lomachenko continue his push to become one of sport’s all time greats or will Pedraza figure out the puzzle that is Lomachenko and pull off another shocker?
